We’re looking for an experienced C++ Software Developer to join our Las Vegas team and work closely with a strategic fintech partner. You’ll develop new capabilities, solve challenging technical problems and strengthen software where performance and reliability matter.

What You'll Do:
- Design and write efficient, maintainable, high-quality C++ code.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new software solutions and enhance existing capabilities.
- Translate design specifications into software modules and classes.
- Review code and provide constructive feedback to improve quality.
- Work across teams to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes and implement solutions.
- Help shape software engineering practices and development standards.
- Explore technologies and approaches that improve the way we build software.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least five years of C++ development experience and strong command of the language.
- Experience with Git, Visual Studio and Jira.
- Experience developing software in an Agile environment.
- Knowledge of database technologies, including SQL and Oracle.
- Strong analytical skills and a practical approach to problem-solving.
- Clear communication and a collaborative working style.
