Role Overview: Join Maxis as a Key Accounts Development Intern, where you will gain hands-on experience in sales performance analysis, channel insights, market intelligence, and channel enablement. You will support initiatives that help improve key account productivity and strengthen channel performance through data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Performance Monitor and analyse key account sales performance. Identify trends and opportunities to improve productivity. Support performance tracking and reporting. 2. Channel Insights Analyse sales trends and channel performance. Provide insights to support channel improvement initiatives. Support data-driven decision-making for key accounts. 3. Market Intelligence Gather insights on competitor activities and market developments. Analyse shopper behaviour and campaign effectiveness. Support the team in identifying market opportunities and trends. 4. Visitation Effectiveness Track Modern Trade visitation schedules and effectiveness. Monitor compliance with visitation quality standards. Support reporting and follow-up on visitation performance. 5. Channel Enablement Support ongoing Channel Enablement projects through data analysis and tracking. Monitor project progress and assist with implementation activities. Prepare reports and insights to support channel development initiatives. Value-Added Exposure Gain hands-on experience in Key Account Management and channel development. Work on ongoing Channel Enablement projects and real-world business initiatives. Develop practical skills in sales analysis, market intelligence, and performance tracking. Gain exposure to Modern Trade operations and evolving channel strategies. Preferred Skills / Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree. Good understanding of business and technical concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with data and preparing reports. Detail-oriented with good organisational and time management skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
