Grundlagen: Du erlernst Grundlagen der Programmierung und Softwareentwicklung, einschließlich der Arbeit mit verschiedenen Programmiersprachen. Du wirst in der Netzwerkplanung, -installation und -administration geschult. Theorie: Darüber hinaus lernst du die Analyse und Behebung von IT-Problemen, sowie die Erstellung und Pflege von technischen Dokumentationen. Weitere Ausbildungsinhalte: Ein weiterer wichtiger Bereich ist die Datenbankverwaltung, bei der Kenntnisse über die Erstellung und Verwaltung von Datenbanken vermittelt werden.
