About the role In this role you will be support and management our BG Bipolar Discretes R&D organisation. You will be mainly responsible for local tasks and the administration for various projects. Therefore, you will need planning and organizational skills as well as good communication skills. What you will do Team assistant of the BG Bipolar Discretes R&D organization incl. support for management on local tasks, assistant support for department head Travel management for all employees of both departments, organization of meetings, workshops, conference-calls and team events Onboarding of new employees with respect to telephone, PC, office Administration of time-chart, vacation- and absent-files, time-writing on public funded projects office material, etc. Security and safety administration, including access control management, badge activation, and authorization of employees, contractors, and visitors. Stand-in for assistance within BG Bipolar Discretes R&D organization Procurement and purchasing administration, including creation of purchase orders, ordering of office furniture, consumables, laboratory supplies, catering, business cards, and office mate This is you Education with focus on Office Management 3-5 years of working experience Good organizational talent with high flexibility to deal with changing priorities Strong knowledge on office management Good knowledge in Microsoft Office – especially Outlook and Excel Knowledge on tools for travel management preferable Fluency in English Open minded, friendly attitude Team player and service-oriented mindset Hands-on mentality and capability to think out of the box Why work with us?
