As an AI Engineer (Agents, LLM Platforms & Data Science) embedded in the Data Science team, you will build production-grade AI agents and own the administration, governance, and secure operation of our enterprise AI platforms. Where You Make An Impact Design, build, and operate AI agents (single- and multi-agent) including tool use/function calling, orchestration, and state/memory management Build and optimize RAG solutions (retrieval, chunking, re-ranking, citations/source grounding, document lifecycle management) Implement guardrails and security controls: prompt-injection defenses, PII/DLP handling, policy enforcement, secrets management Establish evaluation and testing for agents and GenAI components Drive LLMOps/observability: logging/tracing, monitoring, feedback loops, A/B testing, cost/token and latency optimization, rollback strategies Administer and govern enterprise AI platforms.
