Where You Make An Impact: IT Compliance Improvement & Monitoring: Take ownership of identifying compliance gaps, driving improvements, and actively engaging with stakeholders to ensure IT compliance processes remain effective and fit for purpose. Internal Control Environment: Actively work with teams across the organization to establish, strengthen, and continuously improve IT controls, ensuring compliance requirements are embedded into daily operations. IT Compliance Audits & Action Plan Management: Independently plan and conduct compliance reviews, follow up on findings, challenge the status quo where necessary, and drive action plans through to completion. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and monitor IT risks, partnering with stakeholders to implement practical mitigation measures and strengthen the organization's risk posture. Professional experience in IT compliance, IT audits, and risk management in an industrial sector Strong background in project and change management An action-oriented, self-starting mindset with the ability to work independently, drive initiatives, and influence stakeholders across the organization. Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment where success depends on actively engaging with people, challenging existing processes, and taking ownership of outcomes. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to approach stakeholders, ask questions, and drive topics forward without constant direction.
