What You'll Be Doing
- Achieving and exceeding sales, revenue and profit targets.
- Growing and developing relationships with both existing and new customers.
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities across multiple routes to market.
- Managing a structured customer call file and journey plan to maximise territory performance.
- Delivering best-in-class execution of promotional and activation plans.
- Driving key commercial KPIs including distribution, visibility, space and promotional compliance.
- Collaborating with Customer Business Managers and wider sales teams to deliver business objectives.
- Presenting account performance and success stories during customer reviews.
- Developing strategic growth plans across your territory and customer base.
- Maintaining accurate reporting and account administration.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in Field Sales, Business Development, Account Management or a similar customer-facing commercial role.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities.
- Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own territory.
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is desirable.
