What you’ll be part of: Circle is committed to visibility and stability in everything we do. As we grow as an organization, we're expanding into some of the world's strongest jurisdictions. Speed and efficiency are motivators for our success and our employees live by our company values: High Integrity, Future Forward, Multistakeholder, Mindful, and Driven by Excellence. We have built a flexible work environment where new ideas are encouraged and everyone is a stakeholder. What you'll be responsible for As a Creative Producer, you’ll turn ambitious creative ideas into exceptional work in the world. You’ll lead production workstreams from concept through delivery, helping determine how ideas can best be realized across channels, formats, and production approaches. You’ll bring deep knowledge of traditional production methods alongside fluency in emerging approaches, including AI-enabled production, and have a continual drive and curiosity to explore the very latest ways to make great work. You’ll be responsible for staying at the forefront of cutting-edge AI production techniques, developing an informed point of view on what’s possible, and sharing that knowledge across the Creative & Design team to surface new creative opportunities. As a thought partner to Creative leadership, you’ll help determine the right approach, partners, tools, and resources for individual productions while maintaining an exceptionally high bar for craft. You’ll be the connective tissue when the team is in making mode—bringing creative teams, agency and production partners, and cross-functional stakeholders together to navigate complexity and deliver work that does justice to the idea. What you'll work on Lead production workstreams from concept through final delivery, translating ambitious ideas into exceptionally crafted work. Stay at the forefront of evolving production techniques and use that knowledge to recommend the right approach for ideas across film, digital, social, experiential, immersive, and emerging formats. Partner closely with Creative leadership and creative teams to assess feasibility, shape production approaches, solve complex challenges, and protect the integrity of the creative idea throughout execution. Research, experiment with, and operationalize cutting-edge AI production techniques and tools, translating what you learn into practical opportunities and sharing what’s possible with the wider Creative & Design team. Identify, engage, and manage agency and production partners for assigned workstreams, building collaborative relationships that help Circle produce its best work. Manage production timelines, project budgets, workflows, dependencies, and communication, bringing clarity and momentum to complex projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders. Champion exceptional executional quality across your productions, balancing creative ambition, craft, resources, constraints, and new ways of making without compromising what makes the idea great. What you'll bring to Circle Core Requirements 10+ years of relevant creative production experience with a portfolio of exceptional, highly crafted work. Demonstrated experience producing creative across multiple formats and surfaces, including film, digital, social, experiential, immersive, and other emerging channels. Day-to-day fluency with modern AI-assisted production tools and workflows: you routinely use generative and assistive techniques (for ideation, asset generation, iteration, or post-production), apply prompt-engineering and iterative refinement, and translate model outputs into editorial and production decisions. Practical familiarity with core AI/ML concepts (for example, generative models, synthetic media, model evaluation and iteration) and the judgment to know when to rely on AI-driven approaches versus traditional production methods. Deep knowledge of the creative production process, with the judgment to recommend how an idea can best be made based on the creative ambition, audience, channel, resources, and constraints. A track record of leading complex production workstreams from concept through delivery while maintaining an exceptionally high standard of creative execution. Strong creative judgment and the ability to recognize a great idea, advocate for it, and ensure the production approach serves the idea rather than the technique or technology. Experience partnering directly with creative teams, agencies, production companies, and other specialist partners to bring ambitious creative work to life. Preferred Requirements Hands-on experience experimenting with AI production tools and workflows, with a learn-by-making mindset and an informed perspective on emerging capabilities and broader industry developments. Practical experience applying prompt design, model output curation, quality evaluation, and integration of AI-generated assets into production pipelines. Experience working across both in-house creative teams and agency environments, with an understanding of how to get exceptional work made in each. Experience producing creative within financial services, technology, or another highly regulated environment.
