Location: Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living Join our team as a Receiver, where you'll manage the receipt and delivery of goods, handle documentation, and enter data into electronic systems. You will also be trained on e-commerce vendor systems and may assist with Supply & Distribution Coordinator duties as needed. Monday-Friday, 9AM - 5:30PM. This includes a 30-minute unpaid break. How you will make an impact Oversee the daily receipt of equipment, supplies, and parts for the community Deliver goods to departments and departmental inventory locations Manage documentation for proof of receipt, including electronic and manual records Transmit required paperwork to corporate accounts payable and enter receipts into electronic order systems Complete backorder processes Handle pickups and merchandise returns as needed Notify customers of any discrepancies in received goods Assist the Supply & Distribution Coordinator and cross-train for their duties Perform other assigned duties as needed What you will need Current and Valid driver's license Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent customer service skills with strong analytical abilities and proficiency in performing necessary calculations Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
