Job Description: Financial Institutions Group overview: Alantra’s FIG is the leading advisor globally to financial institutions and sponsors in the sale, via whole loan or ABS, of credit and credit portfolios. We provide a full spectrum of services, usually under a single financial advisory mandate, including: Transaction identification – reviewing portfolio data to identify optimal sale tranches/credits. The day-to-day tasks will include: Support the execution of active mandates: Analysis of information, valuation of financial and real estate assets, helping senior members on financial modeling and valuation analysis, data-room management, etc. Support marketing initiatives: Market research and analysis of different industry verticals, preparation of market, strategic and industry peer analysis, screening of potential targets / buyers, distressed asset - valuations, due diligence processes etc. Interns have direct exposure to all seniority levels internally, as well as client contact where possible.
