The day-to-day tasks will include: Assisting Managing Directors and Directors. Managing and controlling complicated agendas. Organizing meeting and events. Organizing travels. Requirements: Excellent education and manners. At least 3 years of relevant experience managing complicated agendas. Fluency in English (spoken and written); other languages, particularly Portuguese, Italian, and French, are highly desirable. Cooperative and with strong capabilities working with a Team. Strong academic background. Proficiency in the use of Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook. Capable of working under pressure and in a context of shifting priorities.
