Job Description : Rattaché(e) au Responsable de l’Unité de Production Autonome (UPA) Pharmaceutique, vous assurez l’organisation, le pilotage et l’optimisation de l’activité de production dans le respect des exigences de qualité, sécurité et performance. Dans ce cadre, vous êtes en charge de : Élaborer et ajuster le planning de production en garantissant les objectifs de quantité, qualité et délais Gérer les aléas de production et définir les priorités en lien avec le service maintenance Assurer la coordination avec le pôle administratif en cas d’écarts de planning Veiller au strict respect des règles HSE (Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement) et des standards qualité Garantir la disponibilité des ressources humaines et matérielles nécessaires à la production Encadrer, animer et développer votre équipe dans une logique de performance et de bien-être au travail Superviser la traçabilité des activités, le renseignement des documents de production et la mise à jour documentaire Piloter des actions d’amélioration continue et proposer des optimisations des processus Assurer une communication fluide et efficace au sein de l’équipe et avec les services partenaires. Profile Description : Issu(e) d’une formation supérieure en production industrielle (ou équivalent), vous disposez de : Une solide expérience en gestion et organisation de production Une expérience confirmée en management d’équipe en environnement industriel (pharmaceutique, chimique, cosmétique ou similaire) De bonnes connaissances des procédés pharmaceutiques Une aisance dans l’utilisation des outils informatiques Vos atouts pour réussir : Capacité d’adaptation et gestion des priorités Excellentes qualités relationnelles et managériales Rigueur, exigence et sens des responsabilités Esprit d’initiative et orientation amélioration continue Ce poste nécessite de travailler en horaire de suppléance (samedi, dimanche, jours fériés) What differentiates us at Expanscience (non-exhaustive list!)
