Job Description : Au sein des services techniques, vous coordonnez et réalisez, avec votre équipe les actions de maintenance, au juste coût afin de garantir la sécurité, la fiabilité, les performances techniques et la durabilité des utilités du site. A ce titre vous êtes principalement chargé.e de : • Piloter les activités de maintenance préventive, curative et améliorative. • Coordonner les sous-traitants et prestataires. • Assurer le suivi des utilités : HVAC, eau, vapeur, air comprimé et réseaux techniques. • Participer aux projets d’amélioration, de fiabilisation et d’optimisation énergétique. • Exploiter les indicateurs de performance et la GMAO. • Gérer les interventions, pièces de rechange et contrats de maintenance. • Contribuer à la sécurité, à la qualité et aux démarches RSE. Ce poste est soumis à l'astreinte et demande d'être présent lors des arrêts techniques. Profile Description : De formation technique type Bac+2 ou équivalent, vous avez au moins 5 ans d’expérience en maintenance industrielle et utilités. Vous avez de solides connaissances en HVAC, vapeur, eau, air comprimé, électricité. Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques et GMAO. Vous aimez piloter les équipes internes, externes pour atteindre vos objectifs. Vous avez le sens du service client, savez faire valoir votre expertise et être force de proposition.
