What you’ll be doing: You'll contribute to maximising income from domestic and commercial customers by performing daily administration activities and support to a range of different departments, including, Billing & Collections, Offshore, Metering, Developer Services (DS) and more. This role encompasses a wide range of duties that include, actioning emails, printing and scanning, sorting post that is received, running database imports/routines, safety inspections, and communicating with internal and external customers as and when required. Working in a small team you'll collaborate with other colleagues, sharing knowledge and experience to give a consistent approach.
