Accountabilities Support investment closings by reviewing documentation, completing system setups, processing transaction entries, and coordinating settlements. Manage the investment transaction lifecycle by monitoring deal pipelines, processing asset servicing activities, reconciling records, and ensuring investments are accurately reflected. Prepare and review management and incentive fee accruals, capital calls, redemptions, and invoice payments. Prepare or review monthly NAV calculations for external pooled funds and analyse estimate-to-final valuation differences, market value movements, and profit and loss changes. Contribute to financial statements, note disclosures, management reporting, and portfolio analysis by providing accurate data and meaningful insights. Support the processing of complex investments, considering impacts on trading, portfolio construction, reporting, and performance. Contribute to operational excellence by maintaining policies and procedures, identifying process improvements, and leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency, controls, and data integrity.
