Total Compensation - Competitive pay, quarterly bonuses and a 401(k) retirement plan with an employer match to help you save for your future and ensure that you can retire with financial security. Compensation: Budgeted between $95,400 and $124,000 dependent upon applicable experience. Remote: Experity offers Team Members the opportunity to work remotely or in an office. Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data analysts and data engineers. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and career development sessions. Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL processes. Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient and reliable data integration from multiple sources into Snowflake. Lead the development and implementation of BI solutions using Tableau and other tools. Work directly with management and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build strong relationships. Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery of data analytics solutions. Analyze complex datasets to answer key questions from stakeholders and drive business performance improvements. Create source-to-target mappings and information-model specification documents for data sets. Propose data-driven solutions and strategies to address business challenges. Develop best-practice reports and dashboards based on data mining, analysis, and visualization. Present information using advanced data visualization techniques to communicate insights effectively. Document all processes, methodologies, and findings thoroughly. Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations, maintaining high standards for handling Protected Health Information (PHI). Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience: Five years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Proficiency with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, New Relic, and AWS. Experience in creating and maintaining dashboards for KPI tracking Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies. Preferred: Experience in the software development industry. Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
