About the Position ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Describe essential functions in job and expected output for each function. ● Provide stable IT services and local user support to ensure smooth and efficient daily operation, including network, conference systems, IT infrastructures, etc. • IT Systems Software, Hardware & Databases • Data & Voice Networks • Data Processing Operations • End User Technology & Software Support • IT infrastructures including conference systems ● Oversee all aspects of technical support operations, ensuring the timely resolution of IT issues to maintain optimal system performance, including • Day-to-day technical support to employees for a range of hardware and software related systems. • Responds to and diagnoses problems through discussion with users, which includes trouble shooting, fault rectification and problem escalation. • Provides effective and timely resolution of users’ problems, queries or complaints. • Assists in hardware and software evaluation and recommends upgrades or improvements to IT infrastructure. ● Manage core enterprise systems: ERP (M3), upgrade, function enhancement, process standardization and data accuracy meanwhile avoiding any IT security issues ● Align IT digital solutions with global standard and local manufacturing, warehouse and sales business needs ● Develop local automation / AI solutions based on group tools to improve process efficiency and compliance ● Handle escalated incidents, collaborate with group IT teams, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. ● Ensure that local systems are maintained according to the legal, IT and security requirements. ● Planning, controlling and management of the IT budget for the area. ● Other ad hoc assigned by line manager. ● SUPERVISION AND MANAGEMENT List all direct reports by job title and other areas of responsibility as applicable. SPECIALISED OR TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Describe qualifications/training and experience required for the job. ● University degree in IT or similar ● Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk management, or a related field, with progressively increasing levels of responsibility and leadership. ● Strong technical background with hands-on experience in providing IT support across hardware, software, and network infrastructure. ● Broad technical knowledge and experience across a variety of IT areas, including infrastructure, development, operations, and quality assurance, corporate applications and business processes ● Bachelor degree or above, 5+ years IT project management experience in foreign manufacturing industry. ● Solid practical experience in ERP, BI and Office Automation project implementation and system optimization. ● Experienced user for Microsoft Teams (meeting) environment, especially with rich knowledge of online meeting quality improvements, conference facility management, etc. ● Familiar with manufacturing business process, including production, inventory, warehouse logistics, sales order and customer management. ● Strong cross-functional stakeholder management, vendor management and project risk control capabilities. ● Good spoken and written English PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT Special conditions like significant physical demands (e.g. mobility, manual handling, personal protective equipment requirements etc). General working environment (e.g. office, production, off site etc). Normal office environment COMMUNICATION/INTERFACE The external communication can be written or spoken but must be a more frequent part of the job and have a certain complexity. ● Internal: Regular reporting and meeting with Finance Director. Cross function communications and support.
