Participate in system enhancements, testing, process improvements, and regulatory change initiatives to drive operational efficiency and reporting accuracy. Coordinate audit-related activities, including regulatory examinations, internal audits, vendor oversight reviews, and remediation efforts. Support insurance compliance, claims administration, loss reporting, and related risk-management activities. Maintain policies, procedures, documentation, and records to ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and operational requirements. Support additional projects and initiatives that contribute to the success of the Cash Connect team and broader organization. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred and 2+ years of experience in banking operations, compliance, branch leadership, risk management, regulatory reporting, audit, financial services, or a related function. Working knowledge of banking regulations, BSA/AML requirements, Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR), operational controls, and compliance-related processes. Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risk, identify trends, and resolve complex issues. Experience working with data, reporting, audits, examinations, vendor oversight, insurance compliance, or operational risk activities is preferred.
