From understanding customer needs to shaping innovative products and services, Marketing gives you the opportunity to influence how we attract, engage and retain customers in a rapidly changing energy landscape. Across the two-year programme, through a variety of placements, you'll build experience in areas such as product management, marketing, customer insight, analytics, sustainability and innovation. You'll develop skills in customer research, data-driven decision making, campaign delivery, stakeholder engagement and commercial thinking, using insight and creativity to help shape better experiences for our customers and support the energy transition. That's why you'll be supported every step of the way through structured development opportunities, experienced mentors and line managers, dedicated graduate learning, buddy support and a network of graduates from across the business. With offices across the UK and a hybrid approach to working, flexibility is an important part of our graduate programmes.
