As an Azure Infrastructure Access Modelling Analyst, you analyze the needs of clients and partners, and you plan, prioritize and coordinate work to meet commitments in line with objectives. More specifically, you will be required to : Respond to operational requests from partners using the cloud platform by granting the appropriate access and privileges Provide technical support and follow-up for IT operations Help develop execution strategies and analyze and document programs and applications Help draft documentation and operational procedures. Help prepare and deliver training for users Analyze, diagnose, follow up on and resolve limited-severity system issues as needed.
