Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a Senior Staff Nurse to serve as a clinical leader and mentor within the interdisciplinary hospice care team, supporting the delivery of compassionate, high-quality end-of-life care in South east Broward county. This is a Part time position. Since 1978, Trustbridge Hospice has been honored to serve families across Palm Beach and Broward counties with compassionate, community-based care. What you'll do: As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will Collaborate with the Care Team Manager to coordinate and support daily team operations and clinical functions. Provide leadership in Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities and initiatives. Conduct supervisory visits and participate in other quality and compliance activities as assigned. Serve as a first-line clinical resource for nursing staff and hospice aides, offering guidance, consultation, and support. Why Join Empath Health? Current Basic Life Support Certification. Minimum of 2 years of Hospice experience is a plus. One year of supervisory experience is a plus Basic computer skills and EMR software experience a plus.
