Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and services using Node.js. Design and implement serverless applications and workflows, primarily leveraging AWS services. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to define and deliver new features and integrations. Ensure application performance, quality, and security through rigorous testing, code reviews, and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across different systems and environments. Technical Skills Deep expertise in Node.js for backend development using NodeJS, React, React Native. Strong proficiency in React for building complex, stateful web applications. Proven experience with React Native for cross-platform mobile development. Solid working knowledge of AWS (Amazon Web Services) components (e.g., S3, SQS, SNS, API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB). Practical experience in designing, building, and maintaining serverless applications using services like AWS Lambda and API Gateway. Working with modern testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme, Cypress). Desired/Good to Have Skills Experience with relational databases (SQL) such as PostgreSQL or MySQL. Familiarity with NoSQL databases (NoSQL DB) like MongoDB or DynamoDB. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform/CloudFormation).
