Key Responsibilities & Duties: Together with Asia colleagues, monitor and handle tickets for IT Support Help Desk (support.ottoint.com) covering the time range for Asia office hours and Europe working hours. Together with Asia colleagues, monitor and handle IT security risk alert events (like for alerts when a user clicks a link in a Spam Email and the account get compromised) covering the time range for Asia office hours and Europe working hours also. Provide remote IT support to local offices like Oi SCANTHOR/Oi HH when the local IT support is not available.
