Support the Marketing Department with assigned tasks related to market research, sales enablement, lead generation, CRM database administration and other areas deemed appropriate by the Marketing team. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Interact with the Marketing team to understand databases/systems and their applications. Perform market, product, and industry research to help increase market share. Create sales enablement tools to support the sales team and promote revenue generation. Communicate with colleagues to understand and document team objectives. Help develop resources, tools, and programs for the Marketing team. Support the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system administration along with lead generation. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts. Perform other duties as directed by the Marketing team. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma and pursuing a degree in Marketing or Business. Computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office Suite) preferred. Basic understanding of marketing principles. Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Good communication and decision-making abilities. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Maintains integrity and trustworthiness.
