Job Title: Associate, Social Insurance Job Description The Social Insurance Associate is responsible for handling complex social insurance transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations, supporting process improvements, and acting as a subject matter expert for the team. Key Responsibilities Process and review social insurance transactions. Handle complex employee cases and escalations. Coordinate with government offices regarding social insurance matters. Ensure accurate and timely submission of required documentation. Support audits and compliance activities. Assist in training and mentoring junior team members. Provide recommendations for process improvements. Track and report operational metrics. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, HR, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in Social Insurance operations. Strong understanding of Egyptian Social Insurance laws and practices. Experience handling Form 1, Form 6, salary updates, and compliance activities. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills. Good command of English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
