We are seeking driven and high-performing college students with an interest in financial services to join the WSFS Bank 2027 Wealth Management Summer Internship Program. This paid internship offers meaningful, hands-on experience, professional mentorship, exposure to senior leadership, collaborative project work, volunteer opportunities, and valuable networking experiences. Internship opportunities are available across a variety of Wealth Management departments, including: Retirement Plans – The intern will support the team by assisting with performance reporting, process improvement initiatives, client documentation, presentation preparation, and prospect analysis. This role also includes providing administrative support and delivering a high level of client service. Responsibilities may include coordinating marketing efforts, processing client paperwork, and assisting with other client service-related activities. Follow a comprehensive learning program that includes professional training, career development resources, and a team-based capstone project presented to senior leadership. Participate in volunteer initiatives, employee resource groups, and social events designed to foster connection and professional growth. High-performing interns may be considered for future full-time opportunities with Bryn Mawr Trust upon successful completion of the program. (Rising seniors only.) Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. Pursuing an undergraduate degree with the intention to return to your studies following the internship experience. Must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2027. A business-related or related college major is preferred. Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting first week of June and ending early to mid-August. Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews. Must be available for in person orientation with Human Resources. Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint. Must have reliable transportation. Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required. Excellent oral and written communication is required. Must have critical thinking and analytical skills. Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively. Salary Range: $18.00 - $21.00 Per Hour Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
