Every day, you'll play an essential role in building lasting relationships, supporting our medical teams, and ensuring every client feels informed, supported, and cared for throughout their visit. What You'll Do As a Client Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: Providing exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming clients and their pets. Creating a positive first impression while building trust and lasting relationships with clients. Answering multi-line phones and assisting clients with professionalism and empathy. Scheduling appointments and coordinating emergency and specialty visits. Making outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-up care, and client communication. Preparing and maintaining accurate medical records, reports, and correspondence. Presenting and explaining treatment estimates, processing payments, and supporting financial transactions. Educating clients about hospital services, preventive care, and available resources. Working collaboratively with veterinarians, technicians, and hospital leadership to provide an exceptional client experience. Resolving client concerns with compassion, professionalism, and diplomacy. Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming hospital environment.
