Coordinates with technical team members across the organization and includes ABAP, Control M, SAP Functional, SNP Glue, SAP IBP, BW/BODS, Snowflake and PowerBI teams. Essential Job Functions : • Around 8-10 years of techno - functional experience with SAP BW/BI including 7.3 and 7.5 version experience. • SAP BW architectural understandings of 7.x Ver BW and strong SAP BW related Financial Functional background that includes Finance, Controlling, logistics and SD Modules. • Very good understating of LSA Architecture on BW 7.x • Very good experience in support activities in SAP BW 7.x • Deep knowledge BW modeling on SAP BW 7.x, ETL process, BEx reports, performance optimization, Data load monitoring • Perform analysis and design; write technical specifications; configuration and ABAP programming in the SAP BW environment including testing and implementation. • Deep knowledge of SAP BI Content extractors from the ECC system and working knowledge of SAP structures, object dependencies and tables in version ECC 6.0 environment. • Extensive experience in reconciling ECC data with BW data. • 2 to 3 years’ experience working with Microsoft PowerBI including, designing reports, building dashboards and query performance tuning. • Extensively worked on extractors including LO Cockpit, FI/CO, SD and Flat Files. • ABAP knowledge to handle SAP BW enhancements. • Good communication and interpersonal skills should be a team player. • On site / Offshore coordination in resolving support tickets. • SAP Functional Knowledge is essential such as FICO, SD, MM • Designs and delivers technical training programs based on business needs. • Assists development of technology specific solutions on BW 7.x • Strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation and communication skills. • Basic knowledge on CPI-DS integration to IBP and BW • Performs other duties as assigned by technical leads. • Flexible in working with regional/global teams when needed.
