Lead the NPD trial run schedule. 13. Lead the NPD problem improvement in mass production 14. Create and revise the NPD Procedure 15. Guide the work of subordinates 16. Complete the tasks assigned by the PM Technical Skills & Professional Aptitudes • Mature computer mechanical drawing Auto Cad. • Operation of Windows and office software.
