- direct management and development of departments: technology/ process engineering, laboratory, supplier quality assurance, investments
- ensuring the quality of strategic materials for production
- ensuring the implementation of new products/ changes in products in cooperation with IKEA of Sweden
- ensuring fulfilment of investment plans
- min. 5 years of experience in an international production company
- min. 3 years of experience in team management
- excellent knowledge of operations/ methods in the field of technology, quality, investments supported by conducted projects
- ability to translate strategic directions into operational plans
- excellent influence and relationship building skills
- excellent leadership skills: development/ succession planning, motivating, building engagement
- goal orientation, flexibility and strong focus on cost effectiveness
- open minded for new solution for product, technique, and technology development
- high presentation and communication skills
- English fluency min. B2
