As the Clinical Manager, you will serve as a key member of our leadership team, responsible for overseeing the coordination, quality, and delivery of clinical services. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards Coach and mentor team members to support engagement, accountability, and professional growth Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance patient care Maintain compliance with HIPAA privacy laws while managing sensitive medical records and documentation processes Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional growth, and high morale among nursing staff Requirements Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN), in good standing in the State of Arizona Minimum of 3 years of experience leading and managing clinical teams. Prior Home Health experience preferred.
