- Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility
- Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility
- Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth

- Manages the WSD OEE improvement activities
- Leads the development of Continuous Improvements skills within the WSD OEE network
- Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical,
5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement
Team management experience is a plus
