JOB SUMMARY Mizuho | Greenhill’s New York-based Investment Banking group is seeking a Summer Associate to join its Capital Solutions & Restructuring team. This group is geared towards providing holistic financing and capital structure advice in complex and / or challenging situations. The Capital Solutions & Restructuring team works across industry sectors and provides a full range of solutions to meet clients’ balance sheet and strategic objectives. The Summer Associate position at Mizuho | Greenhill offers qualified individuals exposure to all aspects of our of global capital solutions businesses. Summer Associates assume significant responsibilities, including preparing and delivering presentations on restructuring and financing matters, participating in client meetings and calls, performing valuation, debt capacity, liquidity and other restructuring analyses, analyzing business plans and participating in due diligence, designing restructuring strategies, conducting research, developing strategic reviews and evaluating distressed M&A opportunities. Due to the size of the team, a Summer Associate position at Mizuho | Greenhill provides a unique opportunity to work closely with clients and experienced senior professionals. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree Currently pursuing an MBA with an expected graduation date of Spring 2028 Knowledge of corporate finance, securities, financial markets and risk & pricing analysis Aptitude to synthesize large amounts of information and develop innovative ideas and/or product solutions Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Maturity and good judgement in handling confidential and sensitive information Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to convey ideas Creativity and intellectual curiosity Ability to work independently and must be able to work effectively in a team environment Salary: $3,365.38 per week Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
