Responsibilities: Provides comprehensive administrative and customer service support for the Admissions, Recruitment, and Student Success functions to advance institutional enrollment goals and student success initiatives. Serves as a primary point of contact for prospective and current students, assists with admissions and recruitment activities, maintains accurate student data and records through CRM and Student Information Systems, and supports application completion efforts across multiple campus and distance learning locations.
