The Enterprise Account Executive sells the full Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) suite—including solutions for FP&A, budgeting, planning, consolidation, lease, tax, and disclosure management—to prospects across a wide range of industries. The primary focus is driving sales within the Benelux market. The Enterprise Account Executive qualifies, manages, and closes new opportunities through inbound and outbound sales initiatives; collaborates with Business Development Managers, Solution Engineers, product specialists, and other colleagues; executes every stage of the complex sales cycle at the highest professional level; and helps further develop our go-to-market strategy. We are poised for continued accelerated growth, and if you have ever wondered what you are truly capable of, there is no better place to find out! What you will do: Prospect for new business by conducting research to identify key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts. Collaborate with Business Development Representatives to generate initial customer interest and schedule introductory calls. Discovery: question prospects to understand their business models and identify pain points that insightsoftware can solve. Customer presentations: use insights from the discovery phase to deliver a compelling demonstration of the insightsoftware EPM solution and build customer confidence in our offering. Handle objections: skillfully identify objections and remove obstacles or eliminate barriers to secure commitment. Understanding the difference between a postponement and an objection. Negotiating the sale: facilitating successful outcomes to optimize profitability. Closing the sale: guiding the sales process to a close by demonstrating the superior value proposition of the insightsoftware EPM platform. Preparing sales forecasts: providing consistent and accurate forward-looking information through pipeline analysis. Planning sales strategy: planning and executing a sales strategy with targeted actions to close sales. Logging customer interactions: updating CRM tools regularly and in a timely manner. Optimizing internal resources: building internal support for approaching an account. Acquiring product knowledge through training, mentoring sessions, and consultation with internal departments. Requirements An Enterprise Account Executive with a track record of successfully selling enterprise software solutions to finance departments, finance directors, and CFOs. Experience with or knowledge of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions is a plus. Highly motivated, with excellent communication skills, a quick learning ability, and the drive and adaptability to succeed in a fast-paced, results-oriented, and rapidly evolving environment. Experience using MEDDPICC or other modern sales methodologies. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Fluent in Dutch and English. Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus. The salary range in Netherlands for this position is 156,000.00 to 195,000.00 EUR Annual. For sales roles, this range includes the commission target.
