Senior FP&A Analyst – GTM Finance.

FULL TIMESENIOR LEVELFINANCE & LEGAL

The FP&A Senior Analyst – GTM Finance will play a key role in the analysis, consolidation and reporting of global go-to-market performance. Reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager – GTM Finance, the role will work across regions and functions to help build a clear and consistent view of commercial performance across bookings, ARR, revenue, pipeline and go-to-market costs.

This is a highly analytical and hands-on role for someone who enjoys getting into the detail, building financial models and working with large datasets to understand what is really driving performance. We are looking for someone with excellent financial modelling skills and a genuine passion for using AI and new technology to transform FP&A.

The role will work closely with Regional Finance, Corporate Finance and GTM Finance leadership to identify the drivers behind performance, investigate inconsistencies and translate complex analysis into clear commercial insight. The successful candidate will be curious, resourceful and determined, with the resilience to work through ambiguity and imperfect data until the answer is understood.

What you will own

Financial modelling, analysis and insight

  • Build and maintain robust financial models to understand GTM performance and support forecasting, planning and decision-making.
  • Support detailed variance analysis across actuals, forecasts and budgets, identifying and quantifying the drivers behind movements.
  • Break performance down into its underlying commercial drivers, including volume, mix, ACV, average contract length, timing and currency.
  • Analyse ARR movements, including new business, expansion, renewals, contraction and churn, and understand how these movements flow through to recognised software revenue and the P&L.
  • Investigate gaps, inconsistencies and unexpected movements, tracing issues back to their source rather than simply reporting the outcome.
  • Analyse GTM costs and efficiency, including sales productivity, cost to serve and profitability.

Consolidation, forecasting and reporting

  • Support the consolidation of GTM actuals, forecasts and plans across regions.
  • Help deliver monthly and quarterly GTM reporting, ensuring numbers reconcile and movements are understood before results are communicated.
  • Support annual budget and periodic forecast cycles, working with regional & Global teams to understand submissions and challenge assumptions.
  • Support the development of clear, concise commentary explaining what has changed, why it has changed and what it means for the business.

Data, AI and automation

  • Use AI, automation and modern analytical tools to improve the speed, quality and depth of FP&A analysis.
  • Proactively identify manual or repetitive processes that can be automated or redesigned.
  • Build and maintain the queries, data models and dashboards underpinning GTM reporting.
  • Work directly with large datasets from CRM, ERP, planning and reporting systems.
  • Improve data definitions, hierarchies and mappings so reporting is consistent and scalable.
  • Experiment with AI-enabled analysis and modelling, turning successful ideas into practical, repeatable finance processes.

What we are looking for

  • Strong experience in FP&A, commercial finance or a similarly analytical finance role, ideally supporting sales or go-to-market organisations.
  • Software or SaaS industry experience is essential.
  • Excellent financial modelling skills and a track record of building models from the ground up, rather than simply maintaining existing templates.
  • Strong Excel and data skills, with experience working with BI, planning or analytical tools.
  • A genuine interest in AI and automation, with the curiosity to explore how emerging technology can be applied practically within Finance.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and a natural desire to understand why something has happened, rather than simply report that it has happened.
  • Driven, resilient, curious and determined to find the answer, including when the data is imperfect or the question is not fully defined.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to turn detailed analysis into simple, commercially relevant conclusions.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across Finance and the wider business.
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) or an equivalent finance or quantitative background is desirable.

We embrace flexibility and hybrid work opportunities to support diverse needs and lifestyles, while also valuing inclusive workplace experiences. By fostering a sense of community, we drive innovation, strengthen connections, and nurture belonging. Our commitment ensures you can work in a way that suits you best, while also engaging with colleagues to share ideas and build meaningful relationships.
