Lead and architect large-scale IAM transformation programmes, defining strategy, roadmaps, and implementation approaches for complex enterprise environments Engage directly with clients during presales, RFP responses, and solutioning phases—translating business requirements into technical architectures and winning proposals Design and deliver Identity Governance & Administration solutions, including role-based access control, joiner/mover/leaver processes, segregation of duties, and access certification campaigns Implement modern authentication solutions including Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, Federation, and Microsoft Entra ID governance Architect and deploy Privileged Access Management solutions using platforms such as CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust, or Microsoft Entra PIM Mentor and develop junior consultants and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning Manage stakeholder relationships across technical, business, and executive levels, ensuring alignment and driving adoption of IAM best practices Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing innovation and thought leadership to client engagements Who is the Hiring Manager?
