Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position Proven regulatory experience within Financial Services sectors such as Payments, Fintech, Banking, or Insurance, either within an institution or advisory capacity Strong technical expertise in regulatory strategy, Financial Regulator rules, and guidance including Consumer Protection, Anti-Money Laundering, Conduct Risk, Market Abuse, and Risk Framework methodologies In-depth knowledge of current and emerging regulations, including Fitness & Probity, Senior Executive Accountability, Conflict of Interest Management, and Governance Arrangements Demonstrated excellence in planning, project management, networking, and influencing stakeholders at all levels Relevant third-level qualification and preferably a Professional Diploma in Compliance (e.g., ACOI) What type of work will I be doing?
