Startdatum: ab sofort Stundenausmaß: Vollzeit (40h) Das erwartet dich: Du entwickelst und setzt die Social-Media-Strategie sowie den Contentplan für alle relevanten digitalen Kanäle des Lindt World of Chocolate um. Du planst, produzierst und veröffentlichst kreativen Content für Social Media, Website, Newsletter und CRM-Maßnahmen. Du erstellst Foto-, Video- und Story-Content vor Ort und fängst besondere Momente, Events und Besucher:innen-Erlebnisse ein. Du koordinierst Influencer-Kooperationen, Creator Visits und Content-Produktionen. Du betreust unsere Community, beantwortest Anfragen und stärkst die Interaktion mit unserer Zielgruppe. Du arbeitest an der laufenden Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Website inklusive SEO-, SEA- und AI-gestützter Content-Maßnahmen mit. Du analysierst Social-Media-Kennzahlen, erstellst Performance-Reports und leitest konkrete Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab. Du arbeitest eng mit internen Stakeholdern, Agenturen und externen Partnern zusammen, um unsere Marke kanalübergreifend erlebbar zu machen.
