About the Role As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers, technicians, and parts teams. What You'll Be Doing Delivering an outstanding customer experience from initial enquiry through to job completion. Managing service bookings, work orders, and customer communications. Liaising with technicians, parts personnel, and customers to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and effectively. Providing updates on job progress, timelines, and service recommendations. Supporting warranty and service administration activities. Managing multiple priorities and customer requests in a fast-paced environment. Building strong customer relationships and becoming a trusted advisor. What We're Looking For Essential: Strong customer service focus with a genuine desire to help customers. Highly Desirable: Previous experience as a: Service Technician Diesel Mechanic Agricultural Technician Heavy Vehicle Technician Construction Equipment Technician Parts Interpreter Service Coordinator; and Strong computer skills with the ability to work across multiple operating systems and software platforms Experience within: Heavy Vehicle Agricultural Machinery Construction Equipment Turf Maintenance Equipment industries Knowledge of, or experience with, turf maintenance machinery, irrigation equipment, or grounds care equipment.
