As a Future Student Advisor – Health, you'll support prospective students throughout the admissions and enrolment process, ensuring an exceptional student experience. You'll manage enquiries, assess applications against published entry criteria, nurture student leads and contribute to recruitment and enrolment targets. Working closely with admissions, academic and recruitment teams, you'll help students navigate their education options while maintaining accurate records and compliant admissions processes. Key Points About This Role Student Engagement: Build meaningful relationships with prospective students and provide personalised course and enrolment guidance. Lead Generation & Conversion: Manage student enquiries, nurture leads and achieve recruitment and enrolment targets. Admissions Support: Review applications against entry criteria and refer exceptions to Program Managers. CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate Salesforce records, manage timely follow-ups and monitor recruitment performance. Who You Are You're a proactive, results-driven professional who enjoys connecting with people and achieving meaningful outcomes. You'll bring: Experience in sales, student recruitment, admissions or another target-driven environment. Strong communication, customer service and relationship-building skills. A proven ability to manage enquiries, follow up leads and achieve conversion targets. Confidence using Salesforce or similar CRM systems, with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills. Excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
