We seek scholars whose primary teaching interests include tax, business organizations, and related areas. Responsibilities include teaching these courses, producing legal scholarship, and engaging in service to the School and University community. We will consider candidates who are entry-level, pre-tenure lateral, or post-tenure lateral. Candidates must have a J.D., LL.B or equivalent degree, with relevant practice experience. Entry-level and pre-tenure lateral candidates must demonstrate the potential to engage in excellent teaching and scholarship; post-tenure lateral candidates must possess a record of excellence in teaching and scholarship.
