- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals for the assigned region
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales and business development professionals to drive performance and engagement
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions
- Manage and optimize the area's P&L, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and business partners to support business expansion
