Your Tasks: Sie empfangen, betreuen und verabschieden externe Besucher/innen vor Ort herzlich und professionell. Sie nehmen eingehende Telefonate aus dem In- und Ausland freundlich entgegen, filtern diese vor und leiten sie gezielt an die richtigen Ansprechpartner/innen und Abteilungen weiter. Sie beantworten interne Anliegen am Telefon und bearbeiten das digitale Postfach sowie den Posteingang. Sie bereiten die Besprechungsräume im Empfangsbereich sorgfältig vor und räumen sie im Anschluss wieder auf. Sie übernehmen die administrative Betreuung der Poolfahrzeuge und der E-Ladesäulen. Im Falle der Urlaubsvertretung übernehmen Sie vorübergehend die Aufgaben am Empfang in Vollzeit. Die Arbeitszeit verteilt sich auf zwei ganze Tage und einen halben Tag pro Woche. Die Einsatztage sind montags, dienstags sowie jeden zweiten Freitag. Der Empfang ist Montag bis Donnerstag von 8:00 bis 17:00 Uhr und freitags von 8:00 bis 14:00 Uhr besetzt. Your Skills: Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und konnten idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrung im Bereich Empfang / Assistenz sammeln. Sie haben Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ein offenes, verbindliches Auftreten. Sie kommunizieren klar, freundlich und verständlich. Sie sind ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und zeichnen sich durch eigenverantwortliches und zuverlässiges Arbeiten aus. Sie bringen gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse mit.
