- Closely monitor and suggest initiatives to enhance the efficiency of sales operational systems, including the sales dashboard, CRM, call center, and sales operation protocols, ensuring seamless operations and maximum productivity.
- Track the overall performance of the sales team, promptly alert supervisors to any issues that arise, propose viable recommendations and prepare detailed performance reports.

- Gather product feedback from the sales team and monitor competitor activities, providing valuable insights to product development teams and supervisors to drive product improvements and strategic decisions.
- Incharge the setup and delivery of add-on services to customers, including logos, banners, and promotion payout, ensuring timely and accurate service provision.
- Handle sales-related paperwork for the sales team and monitor customer payments to ensure compliance with legal and finance team requirements.
- Take charge of ad hoc projects and analysis assigned by supervisors.
- University Graduate with minimum 2-3 years of experience, have experience with Commercial Team (Sales Team) is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem solving skill and attention to details.
- Possess good business understanding of digital products
- User-focused mindset and a “can do" attitude.
- Good data processing skills and be familiar with SQL, Big Query, Data Studio, etc. Ability to translate data into business insights.
- Able to work in a fast-paced team structure under time pressure
- Good data visualization and presentation skill
- Teamwork skill in order to collaborate across-teams
