DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role This role will report to the Senior Solution Engineer As the Senior Solution Engineer , you will: Handle F5 pre-sales activities, including customer meetings, technical presentations and solution demonstrations. Understand customer requirements and design appropriate F5 solutions. Conduct POCs, technical workshops and solution validation. Prepare HLD/LLD, BOM, technical proposals and RFP/RFI responses. Provide technical expertise on F5 BIG-IP LTM, WAF, DNS, APM, AFM and Distributed Cloud solutions. Support F5 implementation, configuration, migration, integration and troubleshooting Work on application delivery, load balancing, SSL/TLS, high availability and traffic management requirements. Support F5 upgrades, migrations and performance optimization. Coordinate with F5 OEM, sales, partners and customer technical teams for technical discussions and escalations. Provide customer training and knowledge-transfer sessions. Identify opportunities for F5 Professional Services, implementation, migration and managed services. 1 QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you The ideal Senior Solution Engineer : Qualification achelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 3–6 years of experience in network security, application delivery, or cybersecurity solutions. Strong hands-on knowledge of F5 BIG-IP technologies. Experience with F5 BIG-IP LTM, DNS, Advanced WAF, APM and AFM is preferred. Good understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS and network security. Experience in F5 pre-sales, POC, solution design, implementation and troubleshooting. Knowledge of load balancing, application delivery, high availability and traffic management. Experience working with enterprise and multi-vendor network environments. Exposure to F5 migration, upgrades, performance tuning and integration. Good customer-facing, communication and technical presentation skills. Ability to prepare HLD/LLD, BOM, technical proposals and RFP/RFI responses. F5 certification such as F5-CA or F5-CTS is an added advantage.
