Software architects in automation focus on system-level design and play a crucial role in shaping the technical direction of automation projects. Job title: Technical BA with PM skills Job Description: Education: Graduate or a bachelor's degree in computer software engineering, computer science, or mathematics or any other equivalent degree. Experience: 5 - 8 Years Roles & Responsibilities: - Healthcare domain expertise - Exposure to RPA tools, such as AA, UiPath, Blue Prism - Identifying automation scope, provide support to Development team, Testing with SMEs, and quality gap analysis - Work with the internal and external stakeholders to define key specifications & business outcomes - Analyse, plan, design, document to improve business processes & client’s goal - Verify that all requirements have been met by approving and validating test results Communicate with clients about test data - Knowledge on designing the overall architecture of automated systems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements for automation. - Provide guidance to automation teams on technical aspects. Mandatory Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Software development life cycle knowledge Debugging and troubleshooting skills Automation testing skills Ability to work with diverse cross-functional teams Ability to create and maintain documentation for code, processes, and system architecture. Extensive experience in leading automation projects Strategic planning and decision-making skills -Collaboration and team-building skills Expertise in automation and testing System integration knowledge Leadership and communication skills Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and automation Preferred Skills: Experience with large-scale system design in automation - In-depth knowledge of emerging automation technologies Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Mentorship and coaching abilities Familiarity with Automation programming Strong understanding of security principles Experience with Automation project management methodologies.
