Conduct onboarding training for new hires and ensure a smooth integration into the department's workflows and processes. Provide ongoing training and continuous education for existing claims administration staff to improve their skills, productivity, and overall performance. Develop and deliver training sessions through various methods, including classroom-style instruction, webinars, workshops, and one-on-one coaching. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback from trainees and supervisors to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials and information. Maintain and update training records, track employee progress, and prepare reports for management on training outcomes. Assist in the development of e-learning modules and other technology-based training solutions to enhance accessibility and scalability of training programs. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to claims administration, providing training insights and support as needed.
