Leverage Technology to build new gen/tech based digital Training assets This involves using platforms to build e-learning content, use AI to create a customized learning pathway for participants Drive value for the business by delivering on projects to reduce learning curve for new hires and improve speed to proficiency Build process and people capability to ensure learning curves are reduced and governance structures are put in place to identify/mitigate gaps Evaluating Training Effectiveness: This includes assessing the impact of training programs through feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics, and making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
