This individual will assist in the functions related to Logistics, Transport and Travel, and Fulfillment, which will cover - provision of service vehicles, third-party transport bookings, coordination with Operations for travel and hotel reservations to support business operational requirements, and asset deployment and retrievals. The individual will provide support for logistical requirements and ensure optimal performance and efficiency of resources. Job title: Position Senior Executive - Logistics, Travel and Transport Job Description: Education : College graduate or Graduate of a vocational course Experience : 2 to 4 years experience. Focus on provision of support for Operations' logistical requirements. In charge of the coordination and deployment of fleet vehicles, third-party logistics partners, booking of travel and hotel reservations, and fulfillment-related tasks. Must also be able to perform duties of preparing reports, ensuring operational efficiency, and reviewing use and quality of service provided by our logistical resources. Roles & Responsibilities : Provide logistical requirements for business-related functions which includes provision of transport vehicles, coordination for travel and hotel bookings for arriving clients, business partners, global leaders, etc. Provide service vehicles for operational requirements and fulfillment, including interfacility transfers, official business travels, business continuity, and work at home asset deployment and retrievals. Handles the Travel Desk, airline bookings, and hotel accommodations for clients, global guests, and employees. Processing of payments for airline and hotel bookings. Secures travel agency quotations for travel requirements and LOA for hotel accommodations. Coordinates with travel agencies for visa or travel related requirements. Processing of invite letters for travelling employees and global guests. Responds to complaints and concerns on fleet and logistics services. Monitors the daily operations of fleet service vehicles, drivers, and third party logistics partners. Monitors repair and maintenance of company owned vehicles. Prepares report on utilization, maintenance, operational costs, and consumption of company owned vehicles. Prepares report on utilization and cost analysis of third party logistics partners. Participation in Business Continuity Plan (BCP) drills, tabletops, and activities. Mandatory Skills : Proficient in English (verbal, written). Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Knowledge in cost comparative analysis. Knowledge in MS applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent planning, scheduling, organizing, and time management. Customer service, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills : Knowledge in administration and maintenance functions. Ability to draft policies and guidelines. Quick to adopt to company culture. Flexibility and adaptability. Display enthusiasm at work place.
